Knife River is looking for a reliable and detail-orientated Full-Time Administrative Assistant to support our Ready-Mix operations team. The successful candidate will provide adminstrative, clerical and customer service support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Provide administrative support to Ready-Mix management, dispatch, and sales teams
Maintain and organize files, reports, and records for internal and external use.
Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and drivers.
Maintain confidentiality and follow all Knife River policies and safety procedures

Minimum Requirements:

Strong computer skills including Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent attention to detail, organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently in a busy environment
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork.
High school diploma or equivalent

Prior administrative or office experience preferred
