Full Job Description

Our client, a high-growth, private equity backed company is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its FP&A team. This role is a key partner to executive leadership, owning cost reporting and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building scalable processes, delivering insights, and influencing business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Partner with the Executive team to provide financial insights on costs, headcount, and performance
Own monthly reporting packages, including variance analysis, KPIs, and presentations for leadership and the Board
Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve the cost structure while enabling growth
Build and enhance financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools
Improve FP&A systems, data management, and reporting processes

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
2+ years of FP&A experience, ideally in a fast-paced or PE-backed environment
Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
Experience with Adaptive preferred but not required
Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to partner across all levels
Intellectual curiosity and a proactive problem-solving mindset
A “builder” mentality with a passion for improving processes and driving results
