Job Description:

Assist with answering phones
Maintain and build professional relationship with customers
Provide status of the transaction throughout the closing process to the appropriate customers
Understand and address title requirements.
Assist in the collection of the necessary data, to include but not limited to: payoffs, property taxes, HOA status, and title commitment clearance
Entering all collected data
Able to operate in a paperless atmosphere
Is results and task driven with accuracy
Constant communication with the client/customers/team on the status of the transaction
Team player is a must
Ability to multitask
Ability to work independently and with the team
Attention to detail and organizational skills are required

Minimum Requirements:

2+ years within the Title / Escrow Industries
High School Diploma or GED
Able to follow all company procedures and policies including meeting the company customer service expectations
Background check required
Virginia Title Experience Preferred

Salary: $38,000 - $45,000+

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $42,500.00 per year
