Does this describe you? If so, we'd love to meet you.
We're not just looking for someone to answer phones–we're looking for someone who can become the heartbeat of our front office.
The right person is someone who genuinely loves people, creates an incredible first impression, and helps every patient feel welcomed, valued, and encouraged from the moment they walk through our doors.
We're looking for someone who is...
- An extrovert and natural host. You love meeting new people and making everyone feel at home.
- Competitive. You enjoy winning, hitting goals, and challenging yourself to grow every day.
- An encourager. You naturally build others up. People leave conversations with you feeling better than when they arrived.
- Inclusive. You widen the circle, making every person feel seen, heard, understood, and cared for.
- Positive. You choose optimism, even during challenging moments, and help others do the same.
- A promoter. You're excited to share opportunities, events, wellness recommendations, and everything our office has to offer.
What You'll Do
As our Front Desk/Patient Experience Coordinator you'll become the facilitator of the day–the heartbeat of our practice and the driving force behind each patient's experience.
You are the first impression, the first smile, and the first interaction every patient has with our office. Your enthusiasm is contagious, your positivity is genuine, and your ability to make people feel welcome sets the tone for the entire day. Think of yourself as the office's "Golden Retriever"–warm, vibrant, approachable, energetic, and genuinely excited to connect with people. You thrive on creating meaningful relationships, lifting others up, and making every patient feel like they belong.Your highest priority is creating an exceptional patient experience while ensuring the office operates efficiently and seamlessly from the moment the first patient arrives until the last patient leaves.
In This Role, You Will:
- Create exceptional first impressions by welcoming every patient with warmth, professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine care.
- Set the tone for the day by bringing positive energy, optimism, and encouragement to every interaction.
- Build meaningful relationships by ensuring each patient feels seen, heard, valued, and understood.
- Own the patient experience by creating an environment where patients feel comfortable, cared for, and excited to return.
- Drive operational excellence by managing patient flow, honoring the schedule, and helping the office run efficiently throughout the day.
- Communicate with confidence by answering phones, scheduling appointments, and delivering outstanding customer service at every touchpoint.
- Support patient success by encouraging patients to stay committed to their care plans and celebrating their progress.
- Promote wellness with authenticity by confidently sharing office events, educational opportunities, wellness programs, and doctor-recommended products.
- Maintain accuracy and organization by processing payments, managing patient records, and ensuring administrative tasks are completed with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the team by contributing to a positive office culture, supporting your teammates, and helping create an exceptional experience for every patient.
At the end of the day, success in this role isn't measured simply by answering phones or checking patients in. It's measured by the relationships you've built, the lives you've positively impacted, and the number of patients who leave feeling encouraged, valued, and looking forward to their next visit.
