Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the vital link between clients and our service providers, ensuring seamless communication, efficient scheduling, and exceptional customer support. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help us deliver top-tier client experiences while managing dispatch operations effectively. Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls promptly, professionally, and with a friendly attitude, providing outstanding customer support and information.
Dispatch service technicians or team members efficiently based on client needs, location, and availability.
Maintain accurate data entry of client information, service requests, and dispatch records using Microsoft Office tools.
Communicate clearly with clients via phone and written correspondence to confirm appointments, provide updates, and resolve inquiries.
Handle outbound calling to follow up on service appointments or gather additional client details as needed.
Manage cash handling responsibilities when processing payments or billing inquiries.
Utilize strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple requests simultaneously, and ensure timely service delivery.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive client relationships.
Support client services by troubleshooting issues, solving problems efficiently, and escalating complex concerns when necessary.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes, enhance client satisfaction, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Experience

Previous call center experience or customer support roles required; Ideal candidate have 2+ years of experience; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
Bilingual abilities are a plus—fluency in English is essential; additional languages will be considered an asset.
Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel for data entry and documentation purposes.
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—are crucial for effective client interaction.
Experience with technical proficiency in computer systems or dispatch software is advantageous.
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Knowledge of customer service problem-solving techniques to address client concerns proactively.
Familiarity with phone etiquette, outbound calling practices, and cash handling procedures enhances your effectiveness in this role.
Knowledge of ServiceTitan and Home Services a HUGE plus.
