Operations Manager TC deliverbros LLC – Walmart Delivery Service Partner (DSP)

Location: Johnstown, Pennsylvania

Employment Type: Full-Time 1099

Salary: $50,000 annually + Performance Bonuses

About Us

We are a new and fast-growing Walmart Delivery Service Partner (DSP) dedicated to providing exceptional last-mile delivery service. Our team is committed to safety, efficiency, and delivering an outstanding customer experience every day. We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our daily delivery operations and help drive continued growth and success.

Position Summary

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day delivery operations, ensuring routes are staffed, deliveries are completed safely and efficiently, and company performance goals are consistently met. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and can effectively manage drivers, dispatch operations, and administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily delivery operations from dispatch through route completion.
Lead, coach, and develop delivery drivers and supervisors.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, route completion, and safety metrics.
Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new contractors.
Manage schedules and staffing to ensure operational coverage.
Ensure compliance with Walmart operating standards, company policies, and safety regulations.
Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules and monitor fleet readiness.
Work closely with Walmart leadership to maintain strong operational partnerships.
Analyze operations to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and reduced costs.
Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

Previous management experience in logistics, transportation, delivery, warehouse, or distribution operations.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing a Walmart DSP, Amazon DSP, FedEx Ground, UPS, USPS, or similar last-mile delivery operation(Not required).
Management experience.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as business needs require.
