Full Job Description

Role Overview

This position supports our retail locations by ensuring daily transactions are accurate, reconciled, and properly reflected within company accounting systems. The role also serves as a primary support resource for store staff, assisting with operational questions and helping maintain efficient day-to-day business functions across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

Reconcile daily transactions from retail locations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Review and verify financial data within company systems.
Serve as the primary support contact for retail locations regarding operational systems and day-to-day questions.
Assist stores with troubleshooting and resolving transaction or reporting discrepancies.
Coordinate supply ordering and distribution for all retail locations.
Schedule and coordinate phone and internet service setup for locations, as needed.
Communicate professionally with internal teams, vendors, and retail staff.
Maintain organized records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience with financial reconciliation, account balancing, and transaction auditing.
Ability to reconcile and verify large volumes of financial transactions accurately.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Ability to appropriately handle confidential and sensitive information.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer service and support skills.
Collaborative team player who works effectively with multiple departments and stakeholders.
Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel.
