Join our dynamic culinary team as a Line Cook/Prep Cook, where your passion for food and dedication to excellence will shine! In this energetic role, you’ll be the backbone of our kitchen, preparing fresh ingredients, assembling delicious dishes, and ensuring every plate meets our high standards. Your culinary skills and attention to detail will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to standardized recipes and menu specifications
Operate a variety of kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, slicers, ovens, and fryers
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to strict sanitation standards
Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Support the kitchen team during meal service by ensuring timely food production and presentation
Follow food safety protocols diligently to prevent contamination and ensure proper handling of all ingredients
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate tasks and uphold quality standards during busy service periods

Experience

Previous food industry experience in restaurant kitchens or catering environments is preferred but not mandatory; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn
Familiarity with dietary department procedures or dietary aide experience is a plus, demonstrating attention to special dietary needs and restrictions
Hands-on experience with menu planning, food preparation, and recipe adherence enhances your ability to succeed in this role
Knowledge of safety standards in production environments ensures a safe workspace for all team members
Strong knife skills, slicing techniques, and proficiency in operating kitchen equipment are highly desirable
Excellent communication skills help foster teamwork within the kitchen setting
Experience with food safety management practices guarantees compliance with health regulations
