Workers' Compensation/Rehabilitation Nurse Case Manager (Registered Nurses Only)

IMPORTANT NOTE: You must be an RN with a valid license to practice in Pennsylvania, a current valid PA driver's license, and must be able to drive throughout Altoona, PA and surrounding areas to qualify for this position. If you do not meet ALL of these conditions, please do not apply. Thank you.

Requirements:

At least one year of clinical experience

Responsibilities:

Coordinate medical care
Work to expedite the recovery and return-to-work of injured workers

Job Description:

This position requires that the RN work from home, with (up to) daily travel using your personal vehicle. (Travel expenses are reimbursed.)
