The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. This role is responsible for managing visitor check-ins, answering and directing calls, and performing basic clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of the front desk. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Visitor Management:

Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Ensure visitors sign in and complete required entries in the visitor register.
Issue visitor badges and ensure they are returned upon departure.

Front Desk Operations:

Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally using the Front Desk telephone system.

Clerical Support:

Perform basic clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and typing documents as needed.
Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the reception area.

Additional Duties:

Assist with other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor to support the team.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing or receptionist role.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with multi-line phone systems.
Basic knowledge of visitor management systems or security protocols.
