Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Business Office Manager to lead the administrative and operational functions of our Construction Company. This pivotal role combines compliance management to ensure the smooth running of daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess office management, demonstrate strong leadership skills, and have a comprehensive understanding of Construction industry and billing processes. Your energetic approach will drive efficiency, foster a positive work environment, and enhance customer satisfaction through exceptional administrative support.

Duties

Oversee fiscal management activities including budgeting, financial reporting, and expense control to ensure financial health of the company
Coordinate a management software for scheduling, billing, and customer communication to optimize workflow
Oversee billing processes including insurance claims processing, and collections
Maintain compliance with all Construction practice management standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Experience

Proven managerial experience in an office setting with a preferred focus on Construction practice management
Extensive knowledge of fiscal management principles including budgeting and financial analysis within a business environment
Hands-on experience with operating systems such as google, google sheets, microsoft office & quickbooks.
Excellent communication skills for managing teams effectively and providing exceptional customer service to customers and staff alike
