Job Description

Inspired Title Group is seeking an Experienced Title Escrow Closer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is motivated by making a positive impact, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of residential (and some commercial) real estate closings from start to finish
Prepare accurate settlement statements and coordinate disbursement of funds and documents
Obtain and verify lien payoff information
Record documents and ensure compliance with all written escrow instructions
Provide outstanding customer service to clients, agents, and partners throughout the transaction
Maintain detailed escrow records and files
Generate monthly closing reports and trial balance information
Conduct post-closing follow-up for recorded documents and disbursements
Actively participate in team meetings and community outreach initiatives

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in title closing, with the ability to independently manage closings
Notary public certification
Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Genuine team player with a positive attitude and a desire to make a difference
