Job Title: Biller / Accounts Payable Clerk
Pay Rate: $17-18/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Work Environment: 100% Onsite
Work Location:
Woodridge, IL 60517
USA

Position Summary
The Factory Direct (FD) Biller is responsible for accurately processing and entering vendor invoices related to factory-direct orders in the Accounts Payable system. This role ensures financial accuracy by auditing invoices, calculating freight charges, and supporting internal teams with timely responses to inquiries.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Review and audit factory-direct invoices to confirm pricing and cost accuracy
Calculate, apply, and verify freight charges for FD invoices
Input and process invoices within the Accounts Payable system
Respond to Sales Department questions regarding FD invoices and freight rates
Escalate issues outside of assigned responsibility to the appropriate team or stakeholder

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

High School Diploma or GED required
1–2 years of Accounts Payable experience or similar field
Strong computer skills and ability to learn systems quickly
Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience writing professional business correspondence
Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SAP system
Background in foodservice and/or distribution industry
