Direct Care Worker (Full-Time) – Make a Real Impact

$14.50/hour + Shift Differentials + Overtime Opportunities

Are you looking for meaningful work where you can make a difference every day? Join our team as a Direct Care Worker and help guide, mentor, and support adolescents in a structured, therapeutic environment.

This role is ideal for individuals interested in careers in social work, psychology, criminal justice, counseling, or human services—or anyone passionate about helping youth succeed.

What You’ll Do

Provide daily supervision, support, and care for adolescent youth
Build positive, therapeutic relationships that encourage growth and trust
Serve as a role model, promoting accountability and positive behavior
Lead and participate in structured activities and life-skills development
Maintain a safe, supportive, and consistent environment
Work as part of a team focused on youth success and stability

Schedule

Evening Shift (Rotation A):

Thursday & Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Every other Wednesday: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Saturday: 9:30 AM – 10:30 PM

Evening Shift (Rotation B)

Monday & Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Every other Wednesday: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Sunday: 9:30 AM – 10:30 PM

Overnight Shift (4 Days On / 4 Days Off):

10:30 PM - 8:30 AM
4 Consecutive days on, 4 days off

✔ Consistent, predictable schedule
✔ Great for students or those seeking structured hours

Pay & Benefits

$14.50/hour base pay
$1.50/hour weekend differential (Sat & Sun)
Time-and-a-half for overtime
Double time on holidays

Minimum 21 years old
High School Diploma or GED
