About the Role

Arrhythmia Research Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical research team as a Clinical Research Coordinator. In this role, you will support and manage the daily operations of cutting-edge cardiac device and Clinical trials. This position involves direct patient interaction, regulatory documentation, data collection, and collaboration with investigators and sponsors to ensure quality and compliance in all aspects of study conduct. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate all aspects of clinical trial execution, including patient screening, enrollment, scheduling, and follow-up
Obtain informed consent and educate participants on study protocols and expectations
Collect, document, and enter study data accurately into electronic data capture (EDC) systems
Maintain and organize all study-related documents, including source documentation and regulatory binders
Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Institutional Review Board (IRB) policies, and sponsor requirements
Assist in the preparation and submission of IRB documents, amendments, and continuing reviews
Monitor subject safety, including adverse event reporting and documentation
Prepare for and participate in monitoring visits, audits, and sponsor communications
Process and ship laboratory specimens per study protocols
Responsible for securely uploading and downloading patient-related images to and from various systems such as EMRs, sponsor portals, or research databases
Support grant and contract documentation as needed

Qualifications

Current and unrestricted RN license (required)
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or a closely related field
1–2 years of experience in clinical research or relevant healthcare setting preferred
Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and ethical guidelines
Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and electronic data capture (EDC) platforms
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
