Full Job Description

Immediate RBT Case – Ellenwood | $25–$30/hr + Up to $500 Bonus

Immediate 20-hour RBT case available. Looking for a reliable RBT to start within 1–2 weeks.

Location: Ellenwood, GA 30294 – In-Home / On-site
Type: Contract – Consistent Weekly Schedule
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–7:00 PM
Hours: Up to 20 hours per week
Compensation: $25–$30/hour, based on experience and qualifications
Bonus: Up to $500 New-Hire & Retention Bonus

Sunshine Behavioral Services provides high-quality ABA therapy focused on meaningful outcomes for children and families. We are a growing, clinician-led practice committed to consistency, professional support, collaboration, and quality client care.

Role Description & Responsibilities

The RBT will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to a school-age client under BCBA supervision in the Ellenwood area. This position offers a consistent weekday after-school schedule with ongoing clinical support and training.

Responsibilities include:

Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Collect and accurately enter client data throughout sessions
Complete required session notes and documentation within established timelines
Participate in required BCBA supervision and clinical training
Communicate relevant session updates and concerns appropriately
Maintain professional interactions with clients, caregivers, and community partners

Qualifications

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
Previous experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
Ability to successfully complete and maintain all required background screenings and credentialing requirements, including applicable criminal background and abuse registry screenings
Current CPR/First Aid certification, or ability to obtain prior to client placement
Valid state or federal government-issued photo identification
Reliable transportation to the Ellenwood, GA service area
Valid driver's license and proof of current automobile insurance when transportation is required for the assignment
Ability to provide and maintain required professional and credentialing documentation
Ability to consistently maintain the Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–7:00 PM schedule
Ability to accurately collect client data and complete required clinical documentation within established timelines
Ability to participate in required BCBA supervision and clinical training
Professionalism, dependability, and appropriate communication with the clinical team, clients, caregivers, and community partners

Compensation, Bonus & Support

✔ $25–$30/hour, based on experience and qualifications
✔ Up to 20 scheduled hours per week

Earn Up to $500 in New-Hire & Retention Bonuses

$300 after 30 days of successful client assignment, including consistent scheduled service and completion of required session documentation.

Additional $200 after 90 days of continued successful client assignment and fulfillment of clinical and documentation responsibilities.

Approved absences and client-initiated or company-approved schedule changes will not negatively affect bonus eligibility.

Training & Clinical Support

Sunshine Behavioral Services provides paid training for required company and case-specific training activities, including orientation to client programming, treatment-plan implementation, data collection, documentation systems, and other required clinical procedures.

RBTs also receive ongoing BCBA supervision, clinical feedback, and support throughout the client assignment.
