Seeks oversight, communication and collaboration with their discipline specific clinician.
Maintains current documentation and attests to correct billing.
Is an active member of the facility interdisciplinary team.
Is familiar with and follows Incite Policy & Procedure Manual and Incite Employee Handbook.
Is familiar with the Incite Corporate Compliance Program
Participates in Quality Assurance as assigned.
Is clinically competent with all therapy procedures provided.
