Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator/Parts Clerk to join our RV service team. In this vital role, you will manage warranty claims, coordinate parts sourcing, and ensure seamless communication between departments, suppliers, and customers. Your expertise will help optimize inventory control, streamline procurement processes, and support our commitment to exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

Process warranty claims efficiently by verifying vehicle information, diagnosing issues, and submitting accurate documentation through warranty management systems.
Manage parts inventory by tracking stock levels, conducting regular audits, and coordinating with suppliers for part sourcing and replenishment.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely parts availability for repairs, including order management and logistics coordination.
Maintain detailed records of parts transactions, warranty submissions, and supplier communications using inventory management systems such as ERP or AS400.
Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to optimize procurement costs while ensuring quality standards are met.
Support demand planning efforts by analyzing usage patterns and forecasting future parts needs to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting technicians and service advisors with parts inquiries, order status updates, and technical support related to automotive diagnostics and vehicle systems.

Requirements

Proven experience in supply chain management, procurement management, or parts administration within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
Familiarity with inventory management systems such as ERP platforms (e.g., AS400), CMMS software, or other inventory control tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data entry, reporting, and communication purposes.
Excellent negotiation skills coupled with supplier management experience to secure favorable terms.
Mechanical aptitude with a solid understanding of parts and accessories management.
Effective internal communication skills to coordinate across departments such as logistics, sales, shipping & receiving
Experience working within dealership environments or vehicle repair facilities is highly desirable.
