Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Miramar LLC is seeking an Order Fulfillment & Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role in a small warehouse environment that combines computer-based customer order processing with physical order fulfillment and shipping.
The day-to-day focus of this position is managing customer orders from receipt through shipment. You will work with EDI, order management systems, retailer and shipping portals, and other business software to process orders, prepare shipping documents and labels, pick and label products, and stage completed orders for carrier pickup.
You will also help maintain accurate inventory and an organized warehouse, receive incoming shipments, and occasionally coordinate LTL freight and transportation between company facilities. Because we operate a small warehouse, this is not a traditional high-volume forklift or loading-dock position. We’re looking for someone who is equally comfortable working at a computer and stepping into the warehouse to physically complete the orders they process.
As a growing small business, we’re looking for someone who can work independently, stay organized, solve problems, and take ownership of the order fulfillment process. As our operations grow, this position will have opportunities to help improve workflows, document procedures, and train and support additional fulfillment and warehouse team members.
Experience with our specific systems is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate on our EDI processes, retailer requirements, order management systems, and internal procedures.
