Full Job Description

Overview

Wade's RV is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts & Service Specialist to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting our Parts and Service Departments by ensuring parts are accurately sourced, ordered, received, inventoried, and distributed while providing exceptional support to both customers and dealership personnel.The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. If you have experience with inventory management, customer service, and RV or automotive parts, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Source, order, and procure RV parts, accessories, and related products to meet customer and service department needs.
Maintain accurate inventory levels through receiving, stocking, cycle counts, and inventory control procedures.
Keep the parts storage areas, parts displays, and showroom inventory organized and easily accessible.
Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors regarding pricing, availability, warranties, and delivery schedules.
Process customer and internal parts orders accurately and efficiently.
Maintain detailed records of parts transactions, purchase orders, inventory adjustments, and warranty-related items.
Assist customers and dealership personnel with parts identification, product recommendations, and order status updates.
Create and promote parts sales initiatives to help move inventory and increase department profitability.
Receive incoming parts shipments and verify accuracy of delivered products.
Support service operations by ensuring technicians have timely access to required parts.

Qualifications

Previous experience in RV, automotive, marine, powersports, or related parts sales preferred.
Strong understanding of parts sourcing, inventory management, and purchasing processes.
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and understand vehicle or RV components.
Experience using computer systems for inventory management, ordering, and customer communications.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to effectively work with customers, vendors, technicians, and other departments.
Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties as needed.
