Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor – Full-Time to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, distribution, and process improvements. The ideal candidate will lead a team, maintain safety standards, and optimize logistics workflows to support our growing e-commerce business.

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Skills

Extensive experience in warehouse management, including supervision roles within e-commerce or retail environments.
Strong knowledge of inventory management, shipping & receiving, and materials handling.
Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, and logistics software such as OS400.
Demonstrated ability in process improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse workflows.
Skilled in forklift operation with relevant certifications; mechanical knowledge is a plus.
Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a safety-conscious environment.
Familiarity with OSHA regulations, heavy lifting protocols, and 3PL logistics solutions.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus.

Duties

Overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.
Printing and reviewing daily online orders to ensure accuracy before processing and shipment.
Ensuring all orders are shipped on time to meet company and customer delivery expectations.
Ensuring all FBA shipments are packed and shipped on time, meeting shipping deadlines and Amazon's shipping requirements.
Assigning workloads and daily tasks to warehouse staff to maintain efficient workflow.
Assisting with the hiring, onboarding, and training of warehouse employees.
Monitoring inventory levels and shipment transactions to ensure accuracy and proper recordkeeping.
Communicating with customer service team regarding shipping and receiving inquiries and resolving related issues.
Ensuring all warehouse employees follow company safety procedures, particularly when operating forklifts and other equipment.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
