About E-Cycling
E-Cycling is a strategic partner for companies and government entities in the responsible management of end-of-life technology and energy assets. We provide IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), secure data destruction, value recovery, and certified recycling solutions, helping organizations manage their technology assets with traceability, compliance, and proper documentation.
We serve corporate and highly regulated sectors such as banking, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, healthcare, government, insurance, data centers, education, and organizations with critical needs related to information security, environmental compliance, asset recovery, and responsible disposition of technology equipment.
The Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive – B2B Technology & Corporate Services to develop new corporate accounts across Puerto Rico.
This is an individual contributor sales role, not a sales management or team leadership position. The role is focused on prospecting, visiting clients, identifying business opportunities, preparing proposals, following up consistently, documenting all activity in the CRM, and closing new business.
Prior experience in ITAD is not required. We are looking for a corporate B2B sales professional with experience selling technology, equipment, technical services, corporate solutions, or business services to companies and institutional clients.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with different corporate decision-makers, including IT, Procurement, Operations, Infrastructure, Compliance, EHS, Sustainability, Administration, and executive leadership.
We are not looking for a retail technology sales profile or consumer electronics sales experience. We are looking for someone with experience developing business relationships with companies, not individual consumers.

- Gather basic information on technology inventories, including equipment type, brand, model, condition, components, volume, location, and data security requirements.
- Coordinate internally with operations to validate scope, logistics, inventories, service requirements, and execution feasibility.
- Keep the CRM pipeline updated with daily activity tracking, next steps, opportunities, and sales forecast.
- Develop recurring business relationships with corporate accounts.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and active clients to generate new opportunities and repeat business.
