Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, print, social media, and advertising channels to maximize reach and engagement.
Lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of marketing campaigns, including demand generation, social media advertising campaigns, and email marketing initiatives.
Manage and mentor marketing, advertising, or public relations teams to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Utilize web analytics reporting tools such as Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, analyze data trends, and inform strategic adjustments.
Oversee content marketing efforts including copywriting, content writing, graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite, and website management with WordPress and HTML.
Implement marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline workflows, enhance customer segmentation, and improve overall campaign efficiency.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales teams, and other departments to align marketing efforts with business goals while ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.

Requirements

Proven experience managing comprehensive marketing campaigns within a B2C environment with a focus on performance marketing. Home services experience preferred.
Strong proficiency in SEO strategies, web analytics (such as Google Analytics), Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and other digital advertising platforms.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
Expertise in content marketing, copywriting, graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite), and implementing marketing automation tools.
Familiarity with CRM systems like Zoho for customer engagement tracking and reporting.
Knowledge of HTML basics for website updates along with experience in social media marketing across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
Excellent research skills combined with a data-driven mindset for making informed decisions that optimize ROI.
