Healthcare Account Executive – Home Health & Private Duty Sales
Palm Beach County, FL
Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Are you a true healthcare sales hunter with an established network of referral sources and a passion for building business in the community?

We are seeking a highly driven Healthcare Account Executive to grow our Private Duty and Medicare-based Home Health services throughout Palm Beach County. This is a true outside sales and business development role focused on opening doors, building referral relationships, generating new business, and expanding market presence.

We are specifically looking for candidates who already have existing healthcare relationships and referral contacts they can actively bring over and leverage in this role. The ideal candidate is someone who is consistently out in the field networking, building partnerships, generating referrals, and growing territory performance — not simply maintaining an existing internal census flow.

This role requires a proactive hunter mentality and strong community presence within the healthcare market.

What You’ll Do

Develop and grow new referral partnerships throughout Palm Beach County
Generate new business through in-person networking, relationship building, and community outreach
Actively call on and build relationships with:
Hospitals
Case Managers & Discharge Planners
Physicians & Physician Groups
Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs)
Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs)
Senior Living Communities
Social Workers & Community Organizations
Medicare & Healthcare Community Partners
Drive referral growth for Private Duty and Medicare-based Home Health services
Create and execute territory development strategies
Maintain consistent field activity and community visibility
Track referral activity, pipeline growth, and sales performance within CRM
Represent the company at networking events, healthcare functions, and community outreach initiatives

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of outside healthcare sales/business development experience required
Experience in Home Health, Private Duty, Hospice, Post-Acute Care, Medicare Advantage, or related healthcare services strongly preferred
MUST HAVE existing referral relationships and healthcare contacts within Palm Beach County that can be leveraged immediately
Proven success generating referrals, opening new accounts, and growing territory performance
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and create new business opportunities from the ground up
Strong hunter mentality with high energy and self-motivation
Comfortable spending the majority of time in the field developing business
Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills

Preferred Background
We are especially interested in candidates who can demonstrate:

Existing physician, hospital, ALF, SNF, and community referral relationships
Monthly referral/admit production metrics
Territory growth and revenue expansion success
Examples of personally developed referral sources
Strong community presence and networking experience
Experience selling Private Duty and/or Medicare services

Please Note:
This is NOT a passive account management or internal census maintenance role. Candidates whose experience has been limited primarily to managing existing SNF census flow without active outside business development responsibilities may not be the best fit.
