Our clinical focus includes medical retina, glaucoma, and premium cataract surgery, supported by advanced technology, a robust referral network, and an outstanding support team.

This position offers a rare fast-track partnership opportunity in a highly desirable coastal community, with significant non-insurance cash income, no hospital call, and minimal practice call.

Mentorship: Senior ophthalmologist transitioning toward reduced clinical volume will provide mentorship in premium cataract surgery, glaucoma, and/or medical retina, with the opportunity to inherit a substantial patient base
Lifestyle-Focused: Waterfront offices, no hospital call, and minimal after-hours responsibilities
Research Integration: On-site clinical research center offering access to cutting-edge therapies and significant additional revenue streams
Patient Base: Drawing from a 500,000+ population area with a strong demand for premium cataract and MIGS procedures

Facilities & Technology
Two state-of-the-art offices located approximately 30 miles north of Palm Beach, equipped with the latest diagnostic and surgical technology.

Diagnostics include:
Cirrus 6000 OCT & OCT-A, Heidelberg Spectralis OCT-A, Optos California, HVF, FDT Matrix, LenStar with T-Cone, ERG/VEP, HRA2 FA/ICG with autofluorescence, UBM, wavefront analyzer, TearLab, iLux

Lasers:
Argon, YAG, SLT

Advanced Therapies:
Valeda Light Therapy (dry AMD)

Surgery:
Beautiful ASC featuring Alcon LenSx femtosecond laser, Centurion Phaco, LuxOR Revalia LX3 microscopes, and ORA

Interested in a practice actively engaged in multiple clinical trials (medical retina, glaucoma, cataract, dry eye) with two full-time research coordinators
Enthusiastic about practicing high-quality, comprehensive ophthalmology in a supportive, well-run environment

Current Providers: 2.5 MDs (comprehensive, glaucoma, and medical retina trained)
