We’re a sterile compounding pharmacy in Jupiter, Florida focused on building long-term relationships through excellent customer service, fast execution, and high-quality compounds. We’re a work hard, play hard team that takes pride in doing things the right way—and treating our partners like gold.

The Opportunity

We are hiring a Staff Pharmacist to join the bench, partner closely with our Pharmacist-in-Charge, and help us scale without giving anything up on quality, accuracy, or patient experience.

This is the seat for a pharmacist who already brings strong fundamentals and still wants to learn — someone who can verify a compounded preparation today and pick up new formulations, new workflows, and new states tomorrow. You will be in the day-to-day of the pharmacy, in regular conversation with the compounding technicians and the remote patient services team, and growing alongside a company that is genuinely building.

Key Responsibilities

Verification & Clinical Practice
Perform final pharmacist verification on compounded sterile and non-sterile preparations — confirming accuracy of ingredients, calculations, beyond-use dating, labeling, and patient-specific documentation.

Communication & Team Partnership

Communicate clearly and professionally with prescribers, patients, technicians, and the remote patient services team — written and verbal.
Serve as a clinical point of contact for the patient services team: answer questions accurately, escalate when needed, and close the loop.
Field prescriber calls on formulation, dosing, alternatives, and clinical considerations.
Document conversations and clinical decisions with the discipline a regulator would expect to see in the chart.
Bring questions forward early. We would rather pause and verify than push something out the door we are not 100% on.

Growth, Learning & Continuous Improvement

Pick up new compounding formulations, workflows, and software tools as the pharmacy expands.
Support the PIC and leadership on quality improvement projects, SOP updates, and process refinements.
Help mentor compounding technicians — your bench-level partnership matters as much as your verification signature.
Pursue additional state pharmacist licensure over time as we expand our footprint (see Compensation below).
Stay current on USP standards, Florida Board of Pharmacy updates, and compounding best practices.

Who You Are

You bring real pharmacist experience — you know the verification standard, the documentation discipline, and the clinical judgment a sterile compounding pharmacy requires.
You also still want to learn. Growing company, new formulations, new states, new workflows — you see those as a reason to take the seat, not a reason to hesitate.
Strong communicator across audiences — you can speak techs, speak prescribers, and speak patients, often in the same hour.
Detail-oriented and steady. The cleanroom and the verification queue reward consistency, and you bring it shift after shift.
Coachable and collaborative. You take feedback from the PIC well, give honest input back, and own your part of the workflow.
Patient-first. The compounded preparation you verify is going to a real person; you treat every script that way.

Qualifications

Required

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent pharmacy degree.
Active, unrestricted Florida pharmacist license, in good standing with the Florida Board of Pharmacy.
Minimum 2+ years of pharmacy practice experience post-licensure.
Working knowledge of USP <795>, <797>, and <800>.
Demonstrated communication skills — written and verbal — in a clinical and operational setting.

Strongly Preferred

Sterile compounding experience in a 503a or hospital pharmacy setting.
Prior experience supporting a mail-order, multi-state, or remote-supported dispensing model.
Familiarity with pharmacy management software, electronic prescription workflows, and compounding documentation systems.
Willingness to obtain additional state pharmacist licenses over time.
Conduct clinical review of incoming prescriptions: appropriateness, dose, route, allergies, interactions, duplications.
Review and approve compounding records, batch documentation, and quality logs alongside the Pharmacist-in-Charge.
Provide direct pharmacist oversight of technicians during compounding shifts.
Maintain practice in line with USP <795>, <797>, and <800>, Florida pharmacy law, and Precision Pharma SOPs.

Qualifications

Required

Active Pharmacist license (Florida) in good standing
Experience in sterile compounding operations or a strong willingness to be trained quickly
Strong attention to detail, documentation discipline, and commitment to quality
Confident communicator with a service-first mindset

Preferred (We’ll pay more for this)

Sterile compounding experience in peptides and/or hormone optimization space
Familiarity with sterile workflow systems, quality programs, and scaling production
Prior experience supporting provider relationships (answering clinical/order questions, onboarding, issue resolution)
Leadership mindset: ability to coach technicians and raise the standard across the room
