Patient Concierge & Clinical Liaison

About Us

We are seeking a polished, hospitality-driven professional who understands that excellence is found in the details. This role is ideal for someone with a background in luxury hospitality, concierge services, private healthcare, or guest relations who is passionate about creating memorable experiences while supporting a busy physician and clinical team.

Position Overview

The Patient Concierge & Clinical Liaison serves as the first impression and ongoing point of contact for our patients. This individual combines the warmth and professionalism of a luxury concierge with the organization and attention to detail required in a fast-paced medical environment.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes ownership, anticipates needs before they arise, follows through without prompting, and ensures that no task, patient concern, or communication falls through the cracks.

This position includes front office responsibilities with select clinical support duties and direct interaction with the physician.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Experience & Concierge Services

Create a warm, welcoming, white-glove experience for every patient.
Serve as a trusted point of contact throughout the patient's care journey.
Anticipate patient needs and proactively provide solutions.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and patient communications with professionalism and urgency.
Coordinate appointments, scheduling changes, and follow-up communications.
Ensure patients receive timely responses and feel informed every step of the way.
Resolve concerns with grace, empathy, and professionalism.

Physician & Clinical Support

Assist with patient intake and room preparation.
Obtain vital signs and basic clinical information as directed.
Support physician workflow and patient flow throughout the day.
Prepare examination rooms and maintain a clean, organized environment.
Assist with patient education materials and follow-up instructions.
Communicate effectively between patients, providers, and team members.

Administrative Excellence

Maintain meticulous attention to detail in documentation and communication.
Track outstanding tasks and ensure completion.
Coordinate referrals, records requests, and follow-up items.
Manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and patient experience.
Demonstrate ownership and accountability in all aspects of the role.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who naturally embodies hospitality and service excellence.

You May Be a Great Fit If You:

Have experience with luxury hospitality, concierge services, guest relations, private clubs, luxury hotels, concierge medicine, high-end dental practices, or premium customer service environments.
Communicate exceptionally well both verbally and in writing.

Preferred Qualifications

Hospitality, concierge, guest services, or healthcare experience preferred.
Medical Assistant certification is a plus but not required.
Experience in luxury hospitality environments such as The Breakers, Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, private clubs, or concierge medicine practices is highly desirable.
Strong computer and communication skills.
Ability to multitask while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
