Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Purchasing Manager to oversee procurement operations, inventory management, vendor relationships, and purchasing administration. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who can manage purchasing activities efficiently while maintaining accurate financial, inventory, and vendor records.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze sales orders and inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability and prevent

shortages.

Develop and maintain inventory control procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Coordinate purchasing activities with domestic and international vendors.
Track supplier lead times, schedule freight shipments, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Review and reconcile outstanding invoices against purchase orders to facilitate payment processing.
Maintain and update commission tracking spreadsheets with accurate data.
Reconcile weekly deposits and petty cash transactions.
Monitor purchasing costs and identify opportunities for savings and process improvements.
Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or inventory management.
Strong understanding of purchase orders, vendor management, and inventory control.
Experience working with overseas suppliers and freight coordination preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheets, formulas, and data analysis.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Experience with accounting reconciliation and invoice matching is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of inventory management systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
