Recruiting & Training Manager – Merchant Services (On-Site | La Verne, CA)

Location: La Verne, CA (On-site – must live locally)

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Recruiting & Training Manager with merchant services experience to help us grow and strengthen our sales organization.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands the merchant services industry, knows how to recruit the right people, and can train and develop sales professionals for long-term success.

You will play a key role in shaping our team, our culture, and our future growth.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, interview, and hire sales professionals in the merchant services industry
Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking
Lead onboarding and training for new hires
Train agents on:
Merchant services fundamentals
Sales process and best practices
Compliance and professionalism
Work closely with leadership to align recruiting with company goals
Support ongoing development and retention of sales team members
Maintain high standards for culture, ethics, and performance

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

Previous experience recruiting in merchant services / payment processing
Proven ability to recruit, hire, and train sales professionals
Strong understanding of sales-driven environments
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Must be able to work on-site in La Verne, California
Must live locally or be willing to relocate

Compensation

$46,000 – $56,000 base salary (depending on experience)

Performance-based bonuses and incentives available
