Staff Accountant

We are a boutique CPA firm looking to add a staff accountant to our team. Candidates should be comfortable with multitasking and be detail oriented. Experience in an office setting and knowledge of accounting functions is preferred. Inputting tax returns and bookkeeping duties are some of the daily tasks that will be assigned. This position comes with growth opportunities for more responsibility.

A brief overview of job duties:

Preparing engagement letters
Inputting tax returns
Binding tax returns
Sending tax returns for e-signature
Organizing, scanning, and filing client information
Supporting other staff members with various projects
Compiling bank statements into a profit and loss statement
Maintaining client QuickBooks files (daily entry and reconciliation)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
