What You'll Do
As an Experienced Residential Window Installer, you will complete professional window installations while representing SIR Home Improvements in customers' homes.
Responsibilities include:
- Installing residential replacement windows
- Completing interior and exterior finishing, trim, and capping work
- Ensuring every project meets SIR's quality standards
- Maintaining clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Communicating professionally with homeowners
- Managing installations from preparation through completion
- Identifying and solving installation challenges
- Representing SIR Home Improvements with professionalism and integrity
You will have the support, equipment, and resources needed to complete projects at a high level.

- Valid driver's license
- Strong understanding of job site safety
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
