Start at $21/Hour During Paid Training
You'll start at $21.00/hour during paid training while learning directly from experienced construction and remodeling professionals.
You'll learn how residential remodeling projects work, how to safely use tools and equipment, and the skills needed to advance into more specialized positions.
As you develop your skills, prove yourself, and take on more responsibility, you can have opportunities to advance into specialized installation roles with earning potential equivalent to $50-$70+/hour.
Your first position doesn't have to be your final position.

What You'll Do
As a Construction Crew Member, you'll work alongside experienced remodeling professionals while learning the skills needed to become a successful installer.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting experienced installation crews on residential remodeling projects
- Preparing tools, materials, and job sites
- Loading, unloading, and organizing materials
- Assisting with installation of home improvement products
- Using hand and power tools under proper instruction
- Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Following job site safety procedures
- Learning construction and installation techniques
- Helping protect customers' homes and property
- Working as part of a professional installation team
- Developing the skills needed to advance into specialized roles
- Representing SIR professionally in customers' homes
You won't just be doing the same task every day.
You'll be learning how residential remodeling works and developing skills that can help you advance within the company.
No Construction Experience? That's Okay.
Previous experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.

- Siding
- Window installation
- Flooring
- Carpentry
- Framing

If you've worked in a physically demanding job, used tools, worked on a crew, or simply enjoy working with your hands, your experience may transfer well to this position.
