Start at $21/Hour During Paid Training
You'll start at $21.00/hour while training and learning SIR's installation processes and quality standards.
As you develop your skills and demonstrate that you can consistently produce quality work, you'll have the opportunity to move into our performance-based compensation structure.
Top-performing installers can earn the equivalent of $50-$70+/hour.
Your growth is tied to your ability to:

What You'll Do
As a Residential Remodeling Installer, you'll work alongside experienced remodeling professionals to install and improve exterior products on customers' homes.
Depending on your experience and training, your work may include:
- Installing residential replacement windows
- Installing exterior doors
- Installing vinyl and fiber cement siding
- Installing roofing systems and exterior components
- Installing soffit and fascia
- Completing exterior trim and finish work
- Measuring and preparing materials
- Following manufacturer specifications and installation procedures
- Maintaining clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Protecting customers' homes and property
- Communicating professionally with homeowners and teammates
- Learning new installation techniques and remodeling skills

Requirements
- Previous construction, remodeling, or hands-on trade experience preferred
- Experience with siding, roofing, windows, doors, gutters, or carpentry is highly valued
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Willingness to learn and follow installation and safety procedures
- Ability to work as part of a team
