What You'll Do
As an Experienced Residential Window Installer, you will be responsible for completing professional replacement window installations in customers' homes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Installing residential replacement windows
- Measuring, preparing, and completing window openings
- Completing interior and exterior trim work
- Performing window capping and finishing
- Completing necessary finish carpentry
- Ensuring installations meet SIR quality standards
- Identifying and solving installation challenges
- Maintaining clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Communicating professionally with homeowners
- Protecting the customer's home and property during installation
- Managing projects from preparation through completion
- Representing SIR Home Improvements professionally at every job
You will have the equipment, resources, and company support needed to complete your work at a high level.

Experience We're Looking For
Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:
- Residential replacement window installation
- Window installation
- Window replacement
- Interior and exterior trim
- Window capping
- Finish carpentry
- Exterior remodeling
- Residential construction
- Home improvement installation
Requirements
- 1+ year of residential window installation experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to work safely on residential job sites
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers
- Must be at least 21 years old
