Full Job Description

Join our Immunotoxicology team supporting preclinical safety and clinical sample analysis. You’ll work hands-on with cell-based assays (flow cytometry, ELISpot, cell culture) and advanced platforms to help deliver high-quality data for non-clinical and clinical studies.

This is an excellent opportunity for early-career scientists to gain experience in a regulated laboratory environment with cutting-edge immunology technologies.

What You’ll Do

Perform and document laboratory procedures in compliance with SOPs, protocols, and regulatory standards
Conduct cell-based assays (flow cytometry, ELISpot, plate-based assays) with guidance
Assist with sample analysis, method validation, and study execution
Operate instruments such as BD LSR Fortessa, Cytek Aurora, and ELISpot analyzers
Support data analysis using tools like FCS Express
Prepare solutions, label samples, and maintain lab organization
Track and manage study-specific inventory
Write and document deviations with minimal oversight
Contribute to process improvements and troubleshooting
Collaborate with team members and communicate results effectively

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Biology, Immunology, or related scientific field
Basic knowledge of cell culture, flow cytometry, or immunoassays preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to learn validated systems and work in a regulated environment
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends/on-call rotations

Work Requirements

Ability to work under time-sensitive conditions
Flexibility for extended or rotating shifts as needed
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
