Parts Counterperson

Noller Automotive Supercenter – Kalispell, Montana

Compensation: $60,000 - $120,000+ per year

Noller Automotive Supercenter is seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Parts Counterperson to join our growing team in beautiful Kalispell, Montana.

Responsibilities

Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts inquiries and purchases
Support technicians and service advisors with parts requests
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain inventory accuracy and organization
Receive, inspect, stock, and distribute incoming shipments
Load and unload parts deliveries
Utilize dealership computer systems to locate, price, and order parts
Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient department operations

Qualifications

Previous automotive parts experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent phone etiquette
Computer proficiency required
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Positive, professional demeanor

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, sit, bend, squat, kneel, and move throughout the workday
Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and step stools as needed
Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds or more regularly
Ability to load and unload parts shipments
Ability to work at a computer and view a computer screen for extended periods
Ability to perform all duties associated with an automotive parts department
