Receptionist / Office Manager

A Flathead Valley leader in the accounting industry, founded in 1999, is hiring a Receptionist / Office Manager. The firm provides a wide variety of high-quality professional services but prides themselves on integrity and providing personalized attention to each client. This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrative professional who enjoys working in a professional environment and wants to become an integral part of an established local accounting firm.

Essential Functions and Duties:

Answer phones, greet clients and visitors, schedule appointments, and provide professional customer service
Respond to general client inquiries, assist with document drop-off and pickup, and route questions to the appropriate staff
Provide administrative support, including document preparation, scanning, copying, filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records
Manage office operations, including mail, packages, calendars, supplies, filing systems, and general office needs
Assist with basic accounting and administrative tasks, including invoices, payments, QuickBooks, and organizing information for tax, payroll, and bookkeeping services
Handle confidential client and financial information with discretion while maintaining professionalism and following company procedures

Qualifications:

2+ years of receptionist, administrative, office management, or related experience; professional services experience preferred
Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills with a professional, personable demeanor
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy office
Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn accounting and office software; QuickBooks experience preferred
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism
Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
