Ranch Enhancements is looking for an Apprentice Carpenter to join our framing crew. This position is for someone with a basic understanding of construction who wants to develop their skills while contributing directly to production.
Character matters more than experience. We are looking for someone who works hard, shows up reliably, takes pride in doing things the right way, and wants to become a skilled carpenter.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Work alongside experienced carpenters while developing the skills necessary to take on more responsibility:
· Assisting Journeyman Carpenters with daily framing operations
· Fabricating and assembling assigned parts and components
· Safely operating common carpentry tools and equipment
· Reading and working from basic plans, layouts, and measurements
· Following established systems and processes
· Maintaining an organized and productive work area
· Developing your understanding of materials and building systems
· Taking on increasingly complex work as your skills develop

We want to see you become a more capable and independent carpenter.
You will know you’re succeeding when your work contributes directly to production, your skills and knowledge continue to improve, and you can be trusted to complete increasingly complex carpentry tasks accurately, safely, and efficiently.
The goal is to develop the skills, knowledge, and production ability necessary to become a Journeyman Carpenter.

POSITION DETAILS
Position: Apprentice Carpenter
Experience: Basic construction or carpentry experience preferred
Industry: Carpentry / Wood Framing
Compensation: $25–$30 per hour.
Schedule/Location: Monday through Thursday, 7 AM–6 PM. Overtime available.
