Job Title: Server Assistant

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Server Assistant to join our team at Victory Ranch. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing excellent customer service and supporting the efficiency of our restaurant operations. As a Server Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist servers in providing exceptional customer service by promptly clearing and resetting tables, refilling beverages, and delivering food orders to tables when necessary.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring a welcoming and tidy environment for guests.
Support the server team in managing guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise during service.
Prepare and stock service areas with necessary supplies, including condiments, utensils, and linens.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas before and after service periods.
Collaborate with team members to uphold the restaurant’s standards for service quality and guest satisfaction.
Comply with all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for both guests and staff.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

This position is seasonal.
