Full Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Plasma Table Operator to join our team. As a CNC Plasma Table Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining our computer numerical control (CNC) machines used for cutting metal sheets or plates.

Location: Coalville, UT

Responsibilities:

- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate cutting requirements.

- Load materials onto the CNC burn table and secure them properly.

- Set cutting parameters such as speed, depth, and angle.

- Operate CNC machines to accurately cut metal according to specifications.

- Monitor the cutting process to ensure accuracy and quality.

- Inspect finished parts for defects and measure dimensions to ensure they meet quality standards.

- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.

- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a CNC Burn Table Operator or similar role.

- Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

- Ability to operate CNC machines and understand cutting parameters.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. We are a growing business with room for opportunity.
