Compensation

We believe in rewarding performance while providing income stability.

Every Credit Consultant starts with a guaranteed weekly base pay and participates in our Mastery Program, where your base pay increases as you develop your skills.

Mastery Base Pay

Peep – $400/week
TheCreditLady Agent – $440/week
OO – $480/week
Jedi – $600/week
Sales Manager – Additional $150/week base increase

In addition to your guaranteed weekly base pay, you'll earn:

Weekly commissions on paid sales
Weekly performance bonuses
Leadership opportunities
Advancement into Sales Management

1 - 4$40 Each Paid Sale
5 - 7 $60 Each Paid Sale + $100 bonus
8-10 $80 Each Paid Sale + $200 bonus
11-14 $100 Each Paid Sale + $350 bonus
15 + $125 Each Paid Sale + $600 bonus

Our top performers earn significantly more through commissions, bonuses, and promotions.

Responsibilities

Conduct phone consultations with prospective clients
Build rapport and uncover financial goals
Explain credit improvement and financial education services
Follow up with inbound and outbound leads
Overcome objections and close sales
Schedule and onboard new clients
Maintain accurate CRM notes and records
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
Collaborate with credit specialists and management
