Full Job Description

Robert Brogden's Garden City GMC/Honda is looking to add an experienced and motivated Automotive Sales Manager/ Back up F&I Manager to it's team. The right candidate will have at least 2 years of automotive sales management experience. We are a family owned business and believe that employees should have a good work/life balance. Responsibilities:

Oversee the day to day operations of sales department
Develop and promote strategies to sell vehicles
Consistently meet monthly sales and CSI goals
Back up the F&I Manager as needed
Recruit, hire and train salespeople
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent customer service
Oversee inventory, including retail and wholesale units
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas that need improvement
Work with other departments to make sure that customers receive and excellent experience

Requirement:

Must have 2+ years of Automotive Sales Manager experience
Must have excellent communication skills
Must be able to pass pre-hire background check and drug screening
Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record
Must be able to use the operating systems and equipment that the company provides
