Are you looking for a meaningful career where you can make a difference every day? Warren-McElwain Mortuary is seeking an Administrative Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in serving families during one of life’s most difficult moments.

This role is ideal for someone who can move easily from one task to another while keeping track of details and returning to unfinished work without missing a beat. You’ll need to be comfortable with technology, including computers and phone systems, and have exceptional attention to detail. Most importantly, you’ll be the warm, cheerful face that greet families with compassion and professionalism.

What You’ll Do:

Serve as the first point of contact for families and visitors, providing outstanding customer service.
Manage the administrative details for each client family, ensuring smooth operations in a busy office.
Assist funeral directors with memorial items such as register books, service folders, and tribute videos.
Coordinate chapel resources, manage accounts, assist with accounts payable and receivable, process orders, and handle other administrative tasks that keep our operations running smoothly.
Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to dignity and respect.

What We’re Looking For:

1 to 3 years administrative work in a professional setting
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in basic computer and office applications
High school diploma (associate degree preferred)
