Full Job Description

Are you a programmatic media expert looking for an exciting opportunity? We’re searching for an experienced Programmatic Strategist to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing programmatic campaigns across OTT, CTV, programmatic display, streaming audio, DOOH, and more. If you have a passion for data-driven advertising, audience targeting, and cutting-edge ad tech, we want to hear from you!

We are an advertising agency that specializes in both digital and traditional media buying, including programmatic, paid search, social media, radio, TV, and print. We help clients across various industries reach their target audience and maximize their marketing impact. Our team thrives on collaboration, innovation, and delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute programmatic media strategies across OTT, CTV, programmatic display, streaming audio, and DOOH.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance, making real-time adjustments to improve efficiency and ROI.
Conduct audience segmentation and data-driven targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Oversee real-time bidding (RTB), private marketplace (PMP) deals, and programmatic guaranteed buys.
Work with ad exchanges, third-party data providers, and verification partners to ensure campaign success.
Collaborate with internal teams to align programmatic buys with overall marketing objectives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, ad tech developments, and privacy regulations.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic media buying.
Proficiency with one of the major DSPs (Basis, Amazon, The Trade Desk, etc.).
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.
Strong organizational and project management skills.

$36.05/hr ($75k annualized equivalent), depending on experience
