About Us

We’re a growing custom apparel company that works with schools, small businesses, clubs, and sports teams to create high-quality branded clothing and gear. Our team takes pride in attention to detail, great customer service, and delivering a product that exceeds expectations.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented team member to join our office in a dual role: Apparel Purchasing / Account Rep. In this role, you’ll manage customer orders from first contact through delivery—guiding customers through apparel options, placing orders, coordinating with our in-house designers, and ensuring final products are packaged correctly and on time.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that requires strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to flex between desk work and light physical tasks throughout the day.

Hours are Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers primarily via email, as well as by phone or in-person as needed
Guide customers through apparel selection, checking availability and making product suggestions
Prepare accurate quotes using our internal CRM system
Confirm orders and place product purchases from vendors
Collaborate with our in-house graphic designer and production team
Receive, check in, and verify incoming apparel shipments
Sort and organize products by job, including individual bagging or bulk boxing
Track job timelines and ensure due dates are met
Maintain accurate records and ensure orders flow smoothly from start to finish

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of office, customer service, or admin experience (preferred)
Reliable transportation to/from our Lenexa, KS office
Ability to relocate before starting work, if needed
Regular and predictable attendance is required
Tech-savvy and comfortable working on a Mac
Able to type 40+ WPM
Strong written and verbal communicator
Extremely detail-oriented and organized
Comfortable managing fluctuating workloads and shifting tasks
Able to lift 50–60 lbs and spend time both sitting and standing
Comfortable with basic math and using email/CRM systems
Friendly, collaborative, and self-motivated
