Part-Time Administrative & Customer Experience Coordinator

Two Blind Girls – Kansas City Northland

Part-Time | Approximately 20–30 Hours Per Week

Required Availability: Every Saturday is required. Additional weekday hours are flexible and scheduled based on business needs.

At Two Blind Girls, we believe buying custom window treatments should be an enjoyable, personalized experience from the very first phone call. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and wants to be an important part of a close-knit team.

This is much more than a receptionist position. You'll often be the first impression our customers have of our company and will play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience while helping keep our office running smoothly.

We're looking for someone with a "How can I help?" mindset—someone who notices what needs to be done, takes initiative, and enjoys contributing wherever they're needed.

What You'll Do

No two days are exactly alike! Responsibilities include:

Answer incoming phone calls and text messages with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
Schedule and coordinate in-home design consultations.
Welcome customers visiting our showroom and make them feel comfortable and cared for.
Listen carefully to customers, understand their needs, and respond thoughtfully while representing our company professionally.
Track incoming leads and ensure they are accurately documented and assigned.
Create clear, organized handoffs for teammates so customers receive seamless service on your days off.
Assist with customer follow-up and communication.
Support our sales and installation teams with administrative tasks.
Help with marketing projects, social media, events, and other special projects as needed.
Keep the showroom clean, organized, and welcoming through light cleaning, dusting, and organizing displays.
Occasionally move or organize inventory and boxes.
Jump in wherever needed to help the team provide an outstanding customer experience.

Preferred Experience

Customer service
Reception or front desk experience
Office administration
Hospitality or retail
CRM or scheduling software experience (a plus, but not required)

Physical Requirements

Ability to occasionally lift or move boxes up to approximately 30 pounds.
Light cleaning and maintaining showroom appearance.
Standing and walking throughout portions of the day.
