Holding franchise owners accountable for performance can be challenging, but it's essential for the overall success of the franchise. Here are some strategies a Regional Manager can help build with their owners for Franchise Success:

Set Clear Expectations with Franchise Owners and Leaders

Set proper performance expectations with a primary focus on the Power 6 Ranking System
Showcase the value of a shared sales focus on programs and initiatives.
Regular Updates: 3 days a week send Power Rankings numbers to ensure alignment.

Regular Communication

Scheduled Strategic Meetings: Hold bi-weekly regular meetings with owners and leaders to discuss performance.
Feedback Loop: 4 Targeted Constructive store visits with owners and their leaders per week, with follow-up emails.

Performance Reviews

Quarterly Assessments: Conduct formal performance reviews with owners and their leaders at the beginning of the quarter, re-capping the previous quarter.
Use data and specific market measurements to rank against averages.
