Accounting and Tax Services

Responsibilities

The intern will assist the CPA Services Division with the preparation of individual income tax returns for the owners and key employees of our business clients. The intern will gain exposure to a wide range of individual income taxation concepts as well as a practical working knowledge of the filing requirements for federal, state and local individual income tax returns. The intern will work 25-40 hours per week from January - April.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled as an accounting major in college
Strong academic background with a GPA of 3.5 or greater
Exceptional communication and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to work well with others
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Accounting or tax preparation experience is a plus

Compensation

This internship will pay a highly competitive hourly rate.
