What Will You Do in This Role?

As a valued member of the Corporate Services team, you will join a small—but mighty—group dedicated to supporting key business operations across the Home Office and Tutera communities. The Corporate Services Assistant/Corporate Receptionist role is heavily focused on administrative coordination, office support, and information management, helping to ensure efficient day-to-day operations throughout the organization. In this position, you will serve as a central resource for team members by providing timely, accurate information and administrative assistance. You will support a variety of office functions, including maintaining company records and information, coordinating office processes, managing correspondence and documentation, assisting with record retention, and ensuring the smooth flow of information. Additional responsibilities include greeting visitors, taking calls on a multi-line phone, management of deliveries and mailings, providing concierge services for training and meeting rooms, and other administrative tasks to assist the Corporate Services department. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional who enjoys variety, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in creating a welcoming experience while helping colleagues succeed.

Corporate Receptionist Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Strong attention to detail is a must.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Prior Administrative Assistant or Corporate Receptionist experience highly preferred.
Ability to be a flexible team player
Strong attendance and reliability
Possess effective communication skills to maintain positive relationships.
Multi-line phone experience highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills; both oral and written.
