Pay: $125,000 to 250,000 +
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Clinical Psychologist (PsyD / PhD) to join a practice that redefines behavioral health care for residents in Long-Term Care, Assisted Living, and Residential Care settings, including specialized Memory Care units and we have 1 position available in our clinic in Springfield, MO.
This isn’t a "one size fits all" position. You will have the clinical autonomy and flexibility to design and conduct in-facility psychotherapy rounds. In this role, you will provide comprehensive mental health therapeutic services to a diverse adult and geriatric population, implementing specialized, non-pharmacological care plans that significantly improve their quality of life.High-Yield Compensation & The "Provider’s Choice" Advantage

Clinical Scope & Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Psychotherapy: Provide individual therapy for residents having depression, anxiety, mood disorder, trauma, chronic mental illness and more. We don't rush you, so if you want to talk with them for 60 min go ahead. experiencing dementia, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and chronic mental illness. You will have the time and flexibility.
- Collaborative Care: Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will be going in to do there medication Management, while you do the psychotherapy. You will both work as a team with communication to give the patient the best care possible.
- Behavioral Interventions: Design and implement specialized non-pharmacological interventions to manage complex behavioral expressions associated with cognitive decline.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted license in Missouri as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or a Licensed Psychologist (PsyD / PhD).
- Payer Ready: Eligible for immediate enrollment with Medicare, Medicaid, VA, and commercial commercial insurance panels. We do the credentialing and Contracting.
- Experience: Prior experience working with geriatric populations, neurocognitive disorders, or within long-term care environments is highly preferred.

Work Location: We Have multiple location, You might have a few nursing homes in your area and have the option to travel if we need you to, we have a traveling package available if needed.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
